Deep Stretch
A slow-paced flow that is perfect to end your day with. This class is great for flexibility, holding poses, and sinking deep into each stretch. You will focus on your mental strength and body alignment. Lights are dimmed and class is accompanied by slow, relaxing music. Minimal instruction, up for interpretation, and modifications are encouraged.
Candlelight deep stretch
Deep Stretch but with candles! This class is a perfect way to slow down your week and detox from the stresses of work. Strategically scheduled for Sunday and Wednesday evenings so you can start your week refreshed.
Candlelight Flow
Candlelight Flow is a slow-moving flow conducted in our heated yoga studio. Relax and float away with chill music in a candlelight setting. This class is perfect for those who want a good detox. All levels are welcome.
Balanced flow
This class is perfect for beginner yogis! You will flow through all the basic poses and learn modifications along the way. A variation of balancing poses will be sprinkled in. Our goal is to help you build a strong and confident foundation in your yoga practice.
hatha yoga
This dynamic yet slow-paced practice, ideal for beginners, emphasizes extended postures for deeper stretching and strengthening, enhancing balance, control, and mindfulness with a combination of asanas, pranayama, and meditation.
*This class will be taught in English, with Spanish cues for postures.
Power flow
A slightly more advanced class that introduces challenging poses. Power Flow is an energetic form of yoga where students move fluidly from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. All levels are welcome and encouraged.
Core Flow
This class focuses on strengthening the core by combining yoga with core work. Class will start with a fast-paced flow that is aimed at activating the core through various core-based poses. The second half of class will consist of core exercises.
yoga sculpt
Looking to spice up your yoga practice? Try our Yoga Sculpt: yoga with light weights. This class focuses on building and toning muscles to help strengthen your yoga practice. Weight is up to the individual. You can expect moderate heat.

This unique class combines the mindful flow and flexibility of Yoga with the core-strengthening and toning benefits of Pilates.
Mind & Body Connection: Build awareness, balance, and flexibility through Yoga-inspired postures.
Core Strength & Toning: Enhance your strength and stability with focused Pilates exercises.
Breathing Techniques: Incorporate deep, mindful breathing to support each movement and posture.

restorative flow
This gentle moving class is conducted in a heated room, featuring prolonged holds and a strong emphasis on alignment. Promotes relaxation and restoration, making it suitable for practitioners of all levels, from beginners to advanced.

Circuit style. We offer specialized training for upper body, lower body, and full body.
Foundation Training
Foundation Training is a simple solution that gives you the means to change the way you move and correct the imbalances caused by our modern habits. Through a series of body-weight exercises, Foundation Training anchors the hips and decompresses the spine.
Legs-Glutes Training
Held in our circuit gym. 15 minutes focused on stretch and cardio. 30 minutes focused on leg or glute definition.
